This article describes information about list of all Quality control instruments used in the pharmaceutical industry with its applications and uses.

What is mean by Quality control?

Quality control is a critical aspect of the pharmaceutical industry, which ensuring that drugs produced meet the required standards of quality, safety, and efficacy. This involves a series of procedures, Tests, and Inspections throughout the production process to ensure the final product meets established quality criteria.

This involves testing the Raw materials (API, Excipients, Solvents, Water),Packing Materials ( Foils, Carton, Shipper, Leaflet and labels), Intermediates and finished product as well, to ensure that they meet the required standards. It also involves monitoring the production process to ensure that it is carried out in a consistent and reliable manner.

The quality control process in the pharmaceutical industry is highly regulated, and it is subject to strict guidelines and regulations set by regulatory agencies such as the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in United state , EMA (European Medicines Agency) in Europe, CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organization) in India and respective countries health/Drug authorities. These regulatory bodies set the standards for quality control in the industry, and pharmaceutical companies must comply with these standards in order to gain approval for their drugs to be deliver, marketed and sold in respective countries.
