Procedure: To check the overall length of the tube with cap at least 5 nos. using vernier caliper, and take a average.

5. Length of the tube from shoulder to bottom without cap

Instrument: Vernier Caliper.

Procedure: To check the length of the tube from   shoulder to bottom without cap using vernier caliper, and take a average.

6.Wall thickness of the tube

Instrument: Digital Micrometer.

Procedure: To check the wall thickness of the tube using a micrometer, and take a average.

7. Nozzle Diameter

Instrument: Vernier Caliper.

Procedure: To check the nozzle diameter using vernier caliper, and take a average.

8. Nozzle length

Instrument: Vernier Caliper.

Procedure: To check the nozzle length using vernier caliper, and take a average.
