Depyrogenating Tunnel Conveyor belt speed verification:
Objectives:
The objective of this test is to ensure that the conveyor belt speed meets the requirements as specified requirement.
Equipment used :
- Vernier Caliper
- Calibrated stop watch
Method for Depyrogenating Tunnel Conveyor belt speed verification:
- Mark the conveyor belt with marker.
- Select one of the speeds of conveyor through HMI at which qualification to be proceeding.
- Start the conveyor and stop watch simultaneously.
- Stop the conveyor and stop watch after five minutes.
- Measure the distance (in mm) covered in five minutes.
- Repeat the process for another two times as to observe the three readings at same speed.
- Carry out above process for each speed at which re-qualification to be proceed
- Calculate the conveyor speed in mm per minute.
- Make the start position and advance signal of the conveyor belt.
- Start conveyor belt.
- Start the stopwatch when advance signal reaches the start position and run for 1 minute.
Acceptance Criteria:
Conveyor speed shall not vary more than 2 % of the set speed.
Results:
All the observations shall be recorded in Report.

Note : Conveyor speed should be Validated for each Bottle size and accordingly results should be verified.
